The Drug Quality and Security Act was signed into law on November 27th, 2013 and includes two subsidiary acts. The first, Title I: Compounding Quality Act, denotes requirements for human drug compounding. The second, Title II: Drug Supply Chain Security Act, establishes requirements to facilitate the tracing of prescription drug products through the pharmaceutical supply chain.
